KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) MPA Heer Soho on Tuesday announced departure from the party to Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
According to the lawmaker, she had joined PPP a day before the Senate elections and that she would conduct a press conference later today to ‘expose MQM-P’. She alleged her former party of ‘not treating women with respect’.
MQM-P managed to secure just one seat in Senate elections, while party chief Farooq Sattar blamed party leaders of horse-trading.
